RHD’s CHOC (Coordinated Homeless Outreach Center) Shelter in Norristown Brush With the Law painted a mural with help from the shelter’s residents and staff as well as students from Arcadia University, Bryn Mawr College, and community service volunteers. It is a full 4 wall mural located on the interior entrance room with the intentional purpose of bringing about a more uplifting feel and less institutional look.
